Although Brittany Rose Green has a background in clinical psychology and therapy, all services are coaching only and are not a substitute for:

Psychotherapy

Mental health treatment

Medical advice or diagnosis

By engaging, you acknowledge:

4. Client Responsibility

Results are not guaranteed

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full or via agreed payment plan

Payment plans are legally binding

Missed payments may result in suspension or termination

You agree to complete all payments regardless of participation

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Retreats:

Deposits are non-refundable

Transfers may be allowed at Company discretion

You must notify us if unable to attend

7. Retreat Terms & Assumption of Risk

By attending in-person events, you agree:

You voluntarily assume all risks (travel, activities, etc.)

You are responsible for your safety and belongings

You will follow all laws and guidelines

We are not liable for:

Injury, illness, or accidents

Travel disruptions

Lost or stolen property

8. Confidentiality
